The Women and Fisheries Network is a network of individuals interested in advancing women's development in the fisheries sector in the pacific islands. It was founded by researchers and activists from regional institutions, national development groups and women's organisations. The network is intended to link researchers and activists interested in fisheries development issues with women and women's groups who are engaged in fisheries in the region.
